The new and improved Art Studio has moved locations! Not only that but Art Studio has become a destination spot with free hor d'oeuvres, a cash bar, fashion show displaying the work of exhibiting artists and new projects!

Located on the parking lot on N. Meramec just north of Forsyth with glassblowing.

Puppet Guild of St. Louis
Famous Artist Puppet Making
Project: The participants will make a simple rod puppet.
Create your very own famous artist stick puppet out of household items and images of Leonardo de Vinci, Renoir,Van Gogh, Picasso, and Georgia O'Keefe. For more information papawright@sbcglobal.net.

Missouri Art Therapy Association
Seeing Clearly with MATA
Project: Come join the Missouri Art Therapy Association and other Art fair attendees as we create small scales mixed mediums masterpieces. These pieces will be placed inside a clear pocket for all attends to view and enjoy. Each piece will have it own pocket and its own view. Saturday only. For more information breelfgen@gmail.com.

The Firecracker Press
Poster Design and Printing with Nolan Print Press
Project: The Firecracker Press will provide a poster design with the base color(s) printed and final “pull” will be inked, registered and printed by the participant. The poster design will reflect the Art Studio as a commemorative piece to the event. www.firecrackerpress.com

Painted Wire Sculpture
Project: Participants will bend wire into a shape of their choosing, then cover with nylon fabric and then paint the surface. www.artdimensions.org.

Craft Alliance
Clay Wheel
Project: Get your hands wet and turn a piece of clay into your very own vessel on the potter's wheel. Friday only. www.craftalliance.org.

 Thomas Sleet
Sculpture Studio
Project: Artist Thomas Sleet conducts a found sculpture workshop directing participants to utilize metal and steel objects to assemble small metal sculptures.

St. Louis Calligraphy Guild
Calligraphy Collaboratory
Project: Create your own lettered bookmarks, decorate an initial cap and participate in a performance art collaboration on a large art piece to be shown at ArtSpace in Crestwood Court! For more information stlcallig@sbcglobal.net.

Sistine Chapel
Project: Get into your scrubs and goggles and get ready to play Michelangelo! Participants will lie on their backs on crawlers under tables and paint their very own masterpiece. For more information lemmingnot@sbcglobal.net.

Evil T-Shirt Bonanza
Project: Evil Prints will be hosting t-shirt screen printing! Visitors will be able to choose their blank t-shirt, and pull a print of an Evil Prints design, made especially for the occasion. www.evilprints.com
