NEW! Upcoming event!

On Saturday, January 31 from 1-3pm, Cultural Festivals will present the culminating event for Washington University's The Big Read. The Big Read is an initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with the Institute of Museum and Library Services and Arts Midwest.

During the month of January, Washington University has planned lectures, readings, theater productions, book discussion groups and film festivals throughout St. Louis featuring the themes of Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird.

Join us at  An Exploration of To Kill a Mockingbird Through Art with local artisans exploring racial and social justice issues through the arts. This family friendly event will feature storytellers, a quilting project, theatrical performances, a writing and journaling workshop and a chance to win signed books or a 2008 signed Art Fair commemorative framed print. Event to take place at the Regional Arts Commission.

This is a FREE event!
